Yes. If you own your domain already, we transfer it across as part of the move to Frively, with no disruption to your website or email. The domain stays yours, just managed through Frively from then on. If you'd prefer to leave the domain where it is and point it at Frively instead, we can do that too.

We migrate your existing mailboxes across, with messages, contacts, calendars, and folders intact. You sign in to your new mailbox and everything is where you left it. The migration happens behind the scenes, so you keep working through it without your inbox going dark.

Professional business email is £6 per mailbox per month, billed alongside your Frively monthly. Every team member gets their own mailbox on your domain, with no setup fees and no extra charges for features. You know what you'll pay before you add someone, and pricing stays predictable as your team grows. For enterprise-level use or anything beyond standard business email needs, we'll quote on application.

Neither. Frively provides professional business email built into the platform, with the inbox features and reliability you'd expect from a serious business email setup. If you have a specific reason to need Microsoft or Google's apps alongside, we can work with that, but most Frively customers find what's included covers what they need.
