Hair, beauty and clinics

Websites for salons, barbers and clinics

A salon fills its diary from a few miles around it. Your website has to turn up for the treatments people search for nearby, show them the work, and get them booked before they open another tab.

  • A page per treatment, written around what clients type into Google
  • Online booking one tap away on every page, on a phone
  • Your Google Business Profile kept in step with the site
  • Fast to load, and built so Google can read every treatment page
  • Most of our work is for salons and clinics
  • Brighton-based, working across the UK
  • You own your domain and your content

How we build it

Built around how clients choose a salon

Nobody searches for 'a salon'. They search for the treatment they want, near them, and they book from the first site that answers plainly and lets them. Here is what we do differently.

A page per treatment

Balayage, gel nails, laser hair removal, a gents cut. Each treatment gets its own page with what it involves, what it costs and a booking button, so someone searching for exactly that lands on exactly that.

Booking built in

Whichever booking system you use, the button sits where a thumb can reach it on every page. Clients book from the page that convinced them, not after hunting for a link in the menu.

Found nearby first

Your Google Business Profile, your reviews and your site all say the same thing about where you are and what you do, so the map results and the organic results both point to you.

Your work, not stock photos

Real transformations and a real team page do more for a salon than any headline. We build the site around the photos you already post and the people clients come back for.

What we handle

The work behind a salon website

Design is the start. These are the services that keep a salon site found and booked once it is live, and the two written specifically for salons and clinics.

  • Grid of white rounded cards with salon-category pictograms and green location pins, two cards with purple accents, minimal 3D style.

    SEO for Beauty Salons

Local SEO for salons, barbers and clinics, aimed at the searches that end in a booking.

  • Patient with eyes closed receiving facial treatment with handheld device and blue-gloved clinician

    SEO for Aesthetic Clinics

Search optimisation for aesthetic and cosmetic clinics, built around your treatment menu and your local search presence.

  • Three overlapping stylized browser windows floating above a black-and-green city skyline with a map pin

    Google Business Profile Management

We set up, correct and look after your Google Business Profile so the listing people see matches the business you run.

  • Centered green location pin above a minimal map with white rounded cards fanned around it, some with purple accents, in a soft pastel 3D style.

    Local SEO

The work that gets you found in map results and local searches: your Google Business Profile, pages for the areas you cover, and the technical detail behind both.

  • 3D stylized side-by-side comparison: cluttered webpage icon jumble on left and organized site hierarchy with green icons and a purple upward arrow on right, on a pale green backing with transparent outside.

    Website Migration

Moving your site to a new platform without losing the URLs, redirects and search visibility it already has.

The process

How a salon site gets built here

A short, plain process, and you are properly involved in the first stage. Nothing gets written about a treatment without asking you how you do it.

Map the treatments and the patch

We go through your treatment menu, the work you want more of, the work you would rather not take, and the area your clients come from. That decides which treatments earn their own page and which places are worth writing about.

Build the site

Treatment pages, a team page, reviews, your booking link on every page, and photos of real work. The technical detail search engines read is part of the build rather than bolted on afterwards.

Look after it

Google Business Profile, local search, site health and hosting looked after once the site is live, so the listing and the site stay in step when you change your hours, your prices or your menu.

In their words

What salon owners say

From the people who run the salons, in their own words.

I'm a hairdresser, not a web designer. I took on the Wix site because someone had to, but I was doing it in the gaps between clients, between managing the team, between everything else. It was always the thing at the bottom of the list that I felt bad about. When Frively came in and showed us what the site was actually missing, I felt relieved more than anything not because I'd done something wrong, but because there was finally someone who knew what they were doing and could just take it off my plate. Now I don't think about the website at all. New clients come in, bookings come through, and I get on with what I'm actually here to do.
Olivia Murray - Salon Manager
Our website is fast, looks great and we get more new business than ever. Our Google and AI keywords are driving more bookings and enquiries. The team at Frively are super responsive. Any changes or updates are normally dealt with very promptly and I love that there are no unexpected bills. We also get really good advise. Excellent service thank you.
Rebekah Todd (Todd Hairdressing)
Frively built and support my website which has been amazing. It's so user friendly and I can see all the statistics on the dashboard. The team are so supportive and attentive. Their enthusiasm and drive towards getting the website performing well has been brilliant. Their passion for their work shows through in the standards they deliver.
Natasha Collins (The Vintage Avenue)
The Frively team are brilliant! My business is stronger that it has been in all of its 25 years. New clients at an all time high. More online enquiries. In a very short time we went from being nowhere on Google to getting new business every day.
Beverley Kipling (Directors Cut)
Since moving to Frively our web traffic has increased 10x. We doubled our new client rates and online bookings have gone through the roof!
Tracy Essam (The Pamper Suite)
100% more new clients, hundreds of monthly online bookings, and an online presence better than at anytime in the last 25 years. Frively is brilliant! And they do it all for me.
Sally Priscott - Honeys - Taunton
Questions

Questions salon owners ask us

Straight answers on booking systems, timescales, moving an existing site and what you own.

Do you only build websites for hair salons?
No. Hair is where most of our salon work is, but the same build works for barbers, beauty and nail salons, spas, and skin or aesthetics clinics. The treatment menu changes. The job the site has to do, being found nearby and turning a visit into a booking, does not.
Will it work with my booking system?
Yes. The site links to whichever booking system you use, with the button placed where a thumb can reach it on every page. We do not ask you to change systems to have a website, and if you do change later, it is one link to update.
How long before a new salon site brings in bookings?
Months rather than weeks for search, and it depends on your competitors and your starting point. Cruz reached position 1 locally within four months of launch. Honeys went from 50 to 150 online bookings a month over ten months. Both started from very little. A salon with an existing site and some history moves faster than one launched last month.
Can you move my existing site without throwing away what it has earned in search?
That is the aim, and it is worth doing properly. A rebuild that ignores the old URLs throws away whatever the old site had earned, so mapping the old pages to the new ones and setting the redirects is part of the build, not an afterthought.
Do I own the website?
You own your domain, your content and your images. The platform the site runs on is ours, which is what lets us maintain it properly rather than handing you a codebase nobody will look after. If you leave, you take your domain and content with you.
What does it cost?
One build fee, then one monthly fee that covers hosting, maintenance, local SEO and reporting. The pricing page shows the tiers and what puts a salon in each one, and there are no call-out charges for changes.
